Healing Pathway Phase I Training

This first phase of Healing Pathway training, Introduction to Healing Energy, is an opportunity for you to learn about and explore energy in new ways. The training consists of 6 sessions being held Mondays, from February 20 to March 27, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at St. Aidan’s United Church. Leave feeling empowered to support yourself and others in the challenges of everyday life.  Join us in experiencing self-care techniques that focus on energy healing as a spiritual practice grounded in Christianity but present in all the wisdom teachings. First Metropolitan has an active healing pathways ministry that is always looking for new practitioners to assist in supporting well-being by promoting energetic alignment in all aspects of our being – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

At this experiential workshop, you will:

connect into, and experience heart-centred energy share and receive energy treatments learn specific self-care practices: centering, grounding and meditation be part of a supportive and caring healing community The workshop is being facilitated by Rochelle Graham, BScPT, MAPPL, the original founder of the Healing Pathway. She co-wrote the book Healing from the Heart, which began the re-awakening of divine healing energy in the United Church. She completed her Masters of Public and Pastoral Leadership and is a candidate for ordination in the United Church. She also has 40+ years of patient care experience as a physiotherapist and has a healing practice in Sidney, BC.

She is joined by Instructor-in-Training Jannice Foreman, BA, BEd who has been a practitioner of Healing Pathway since 2004 and has completed all of her Pathway courses through Naramata Centre. She was involved int he formation and facilitation of the Healing Ministry at Pilgrim United and was also involved in the formation of Healing Pathway Victoria, which was created to support the broader Pathway community in Victoria through workshops and retreats. She is presently a member of the Healing Pathway group at Cadboro Bay United Church.

Registration for the program is by mail or email and the course fee is $210 by February 3 or $225 after February 3. Those wishing to repeat the training can do so for $105. Make cheques payable to ‘Cadboro Bay United Church’ and mail along with your name, email and phone number to 4207 Belvedere Rd, Victoria, BC V8X 2M9.
