Join Tai Chi Master Kit Wong (teaching Mondays class) for Chen-style Tai Chai to improve your inner and outer balance whilealso having fun! Classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays from 12 p.m.-1 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Participation is is on a drop-in basis and donations are welcomed (donations go to supporting the First Met Health and Wellness Bursary Fund).
