Sunday Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Sessions

A series of short mindfulness, self-compassion and "growing the good" sessions will continue on Sundays in the Chapel from 10:30 to 10:50 a.m. on November 10, 17 and 24 and on December 8, 15 and 22. The sessions are open to all interested participants.
Practice mindfulness and self-compassion meditations and exercises
Increase presence and loving kindness in participants' interactions
Improve well-being, physical and mental health
Content of each session:
Short presentation on selected meditation (5 minutes)
Guided meditation (10 minutes)
Short discussion (5 minutes)
