A six-week program based on the book From Ageing to Sage-ing: A Revolutionary Approach to Growing Older by Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi and Ronald Miller.
The program, facilitated by Nancy Gray-Hemstock and Annie Klein, will explore a variety of concepts such as aging well for living life more consciously, more joyfully and more compassionately. Topics in this series include: life review, harvesting wisdom, mentoring, life completion and leaving a legacy.

The sessions are offered on Zoom and are free. Registration is required by Jan. 15 and is limited to 16 people.
